Sara & I discussed possibly needing a new key fob after I misplaced mine. She provided excellent customer service- detailed product information, returning calls in follow-up, etc. Her customer service is a rare find these days.

The car sellers at Fowler in Broomfield did not know the most basic facts about trading in a vehicle in Colorado. They misled and misinformed us, filled out the purchase paperwork incorrectly, and cost us thousands of extra dollars in double tax. (Had we been given the proper information, we would have done this deal differently.) It's never easy to pay a lot of money to get your vehicle fixed, especially when you don't drive it much, but Fowler's service made it much easier with their excellent service. Dustin had the parts available and had our car back to us in less than 24 hours and he kept us notified of every step of the process.

Marcus listens, understands, cares and shows genuine concern for you automotive problem. Will offer solutions when you need to leave your auto and you have no back up. Great customer service.

The service advisor Robert Hatfield kept me informed about the progress of my repairs. I had play in the drivetrain which turned out to be a broken motor mount along with an oil leak. My Avalanche has over 181k and it’s now running & driving like new!

JJ is the most awesome car salesperson I've ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable, not just about the vehicle, but the purchase process, including the rebates. He is clearly a car enthusiast who owns a Chevy EV himself. He went quite out of his way to give me the opportunity to test drive a base model Chevy Equinox (< $35k MSRP), which have been in very high demand. In terms of the ride, the car wasn't quite what I'm looking for, but that's very subjective and my experience with the dealership was outstanding!

If you are thinking about purchasing or leasing from Fowler you MUST work with JJ Quintana. He made the experience so pleasant and smooth. Angela in Finance was great too. Go see them!

Got a nail in my tire on my 2022 Silverado. Took it back to Fowler Chevrolet where I bought the truck from. Paul Farrow in service was fantastic, head above all else. He recommended some awesome but affordable tires. The tires were replaced immediately so I could get back to work and shuttling kids around. Have had several vehicles serviced by Fowler with nothing but exceptional customer service and efficiency.

We are from an hour south of Fowler but found a car that we were very interested in there. I reached out online and Roger immediately responded, answered all my questions and kept us up to date on whether the car was still on the lot of not before we drove up. I do not recommend it, false advertising. Roger Gomez and Alonso Rodriguez bad persons, they did not even respect their own offers and stopped responding, do not leave your money in this place of lies.

Had an appointment for Diesel oil change. The service writer Horace was extremely helpful, actually the best I have experienced of late. I explained I was on a slight time crunch, Horace made sure the vehicle was ready within a reasonable amount of time, had advised me of a couple additional Maintenace items & I explained it would need to be another visit. Upon completion of the service Horace came and found me to advise the vehicle was ready for pickup.

Guys were great. Even drove me to drop off my former lease!

To Fowler: If you are looking for someone to promote, I vote for Horace. I drove in the wrong way, and he didn't harass me (probably because I am an old guy). He quickly grabbed a ratchet, found the problem, sent me to the parts department, and gave me sound advice. I've had major repairs done by you before, but this was a very kind gesture that allowed me to go home with my old truck and not have to leave it with you for weeks. Thumbs up!

Sold me a fake paint protection. Refused to reapply or stand behind the product when paint faded. They gave us the run around for weeks and weeks and now after receiving bad reviews they have become totally unresponsive. We were working with Tim Annis who looked at the car then said he would have someone else email us. This was a lie. No one ever contacted us. We had a positive experience working with Fowler and Andrea. The pricing was fair and transparent, and they were willing to work with us on sticking points. Andrea was uncommonly responsive and personable. Financing was also a breeze....no pressure or mysterious add-ons. We would go to Fowler again should the need arise.

They did a great job accessing my car needs and advising on the order of repairs and such. Which items needed immediate attention and which could wait a month or so.

Horace , approved the work before getting our okay. He sent us a text or email at 12:47 pm on 2/19/24. And approved it at the same time. We have the messages and also when he sent it in for approval. He took over Marcus was our service writer at first. We don't care for him , he doesn't respond to calls in a matter of time. He is pretty rude, so he thinks he can take over once we are gone so he can get credit for the extra work, that is not fair to Marcus.

The sunroof on our 2 1/2 month old new purchase stopped working. In order to fix it, we needed to leave it there (at Fowler) for anywhere from a week to a month. We were told that Fowler does not offer a loaner car program. We would need to rent a car (from their rental place - Hertz), pay for it upfront, and IF our problem is warrantee covered we would be reimbursed within a month or two. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Th staff was friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, and my vehicle got the service done in a timely manner.

Shady took my car in for services & i dont know if any of the services were actually done. Got the car back with service transmission light still on after getting it services & the rear tires were supposed to get rotated because another tire shop put them on wrong, but they are still on wrong direction, they are directional rolling opposite way. Trust is lost. Can't trust that place anymore.

Update to 4 stars: I called the service department this morning and they are currently fixing the issue and rotating the tires and filled the washer fluid. Horace was my service advisor and he was great! Everyone is entitled to a bad day. I came in for my oil change today and asked for the tires rotated and the fluids topped off. This is standard with an oil change, I verified this when I handed the keys over. I've been to about 6 different Chevrolet dealerships in the last 5 yrs and this was the worst. Unfortunately when I got my truck ...


Service technicians are great, they knew what they were talking about and were not pushy to try and sell services unlike other dealerships. I will keep coming back.
